Al Burns is a federal Mediation and Conciliation Services (FMCS), and instructional Systems Design (ISD) expert with 30 years experience in providing conflict resolution skills and systems for agencies. As a United States Air Force Senior Missile Combat Crew Commander for 26 years with more than 160 combat missions, he understands that unresolved conflict is a detriment to any mission, and knows when interest-based problem solving is introduced programs are strengthened. He has deployed interest-based conflict resolution courses to more than 40,000 employees over 140 locations with numerous commendations from senior organizational leaders. Al has a Bachelors degree in mathematics from Troy University, which compliments his ability to work with analytical data, while administering facilitative team processing. Gary Ross PH.D ABD has more than 30 years of experience in workforce and adult education, with the past 17 years in the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration Training Division. His duties included oversight of training and development on a local level, while building an Integrated Conflict Management System (ICMS) culture nationally. The core pillars are developing individual stakeholder problem-solving Skills and the supporting apparatus of organizational Structure and Support. The goal is to create a conflict competent culture so that the company's primary mission can not only be accomplished, but optimized to its potential. He's known for his conversational style of delivery, while engaging his audience with new and persuasive information. Gary is also contracted as an online adjunct professor for the University of Oklahoma under Global and Homeland Security.
